Job: Digital Media Producer
Responsibilities:
- Create synchronized streaming video and audio-based programs.
- Capture audio/video inputs live to disk and log PowerPoint presentations in studio and on-location.
- Work closely with team and client to ensure successful recording and production.
- Digitize and encode media files for streaming and various downloadable formats (MP3, MP4…).
- Use Altus production tools and processes to integrate and synchronize the media with PowerPoint files and verbatim transcripts.
- Transfer files to the corporate publication server.
- Test programs to ensure they are error-free.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Conscientious and have a desire to produce highest quality product
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Ability to navigate quickly and efficiently within networked computer environment, keeping track of multiple directories, applications, and files concurrently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Highly efficient and capable of making quick decisions
- Serious experience with the Windows platform
Experience in the following areas:
- Videography
- Audio engineering
- Streaming media
- Non-linear digital editing
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
- Good interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and cooperating with a team
